Mortgage rates hit record lows in the week ending June 21, with the 30-year fixed-rate mortgage average declining to 3.66% from 3.71% in the prior week, Freddie Mac stated in its weekly report. The 15-year fixed-rate mortgage remained low at 2.95% from 2.98% in the prior week.*
