Lori Walder joins the Tidewater Home Funding, LLC team as 203K Renovation Loan Program Coordinator. Walder works with the production team to manage the upfront requirements for the renovation loan programs. As a licensed mortgage professional, Walder will also assist home buyers with all their residential mortgage needs. A resident of the Hampton Roads community for twenty years, Walder has experience working with local and national banks and credit unions. Since mid 2010, she had served as a Marketing Representative for a local title agency. Walder is located at the corporate office, in the Greenbrier area of Chesapeake, serving customers from throughout South Hampton Roads and Northeast North Carolina.
