Jessica Payne has been promoted to Human Resources Administrator & Accounting Assistant for the Tidewater Home Funding, LLC operations team. Payne was previously a processor for Tidewater Home Funding, having joined the company in 2012. She has extensive experience in the mortgage and title industry, as a foreclosure pre-sale processing team leader and senior loan processor. A native of the Hampton Roads community, Payne is located at the corporate office, in the Greenbrier area of Chesapeake.
