Todd Garrett joins the Tidewater Home Funding production team as a licensed mortgage consultant. Garrett recently retired at the rank of Lieutenant Colonel from the US Air Force where he held many leadership and management roles throughout his distinguished career. Most recently, Todd was the Faculty and Seminar Team Lead for the Joint Forces Staff College in Norfolk. Todd is a native of Pennsylvania but calls Hampton Roads home since his wife and two children have settled in and have come to love our community. Garrett holds a bachelors in Electrical Engineering from Wilkes University, a Masters in Business Administration from Touro University International, and a Masters of Space Systems from the Air Force Institute of Technology. Garrett works at the corporate office in the Greenbrier area of Chesapeake.
