Todd A. Garrett, a licensed mortgage consultant with Tidewater Home Funding, was recently recognized as the 2014 recipient of the Annunciation of the Blessed Virgin Mary Catholic School Distinguished Alumni Award. In a ceremony held in his home town of McSherrystown, PA, Principal Christy Lucas, alongside Father Lawrence Sherdel, Annunciation BVM pastor, presented Todd with the 2014 Distinguished Alumni Award for his 20-years of service to our nation. Todd recently retired from the United States Air Force as a Lieutenant Colonel and has made Virginia Beach and the Hampton Roads area his home where he continues to serve his new community. He holds a Bachelor Degree in Electrical Engineering and 2 Master Degrees (Business & Space Systems). Garrett works at the Tidewater Home Funding corporate office in Chesapeake.
