According to Freddie Mac's Weekly Primary Mortgage Market Survey, the average on the 30-year loan rate increased to 3.55*. The weekly average rate on the 15-year mortgage increased to 2.83%*. While a slight increase, this is the 20th consecutive week the 30-year average rate has remained under 4.0%. It is also the 10th consecutive week the 15-year average rate has remained under 3.0%.
